Aspects of Inpatient and Outpatient Pharmacy

CSHP-Pacific will be hosting a May's Symposium titled "Aspects of Inpatient and Outpatient Pharmacy" featuring a panel of four wonderful pharmacists from both inpatient and outpatient fields. Below is some additional information.

Speakers:(1) Dr. Carolyn Kong, an inpatient supervisor at Kaiser Permanente Walnut Creek and active in Residency Preceptorship, Medication Safety, P&T Committee, and others
(2) Dr. Eunice Lee, an inpatient supervisor at Kaiser Permanente Antioch Hospital and serving on both CSHP and CPhA local chapters,
(3) Dr. Pamela Tien, an inpatient pharmacist at St. Joseph's Medical Center and UOP's IPPE Coordinator, and
(4) Dr. Melanie Decker, an outpatient clinical pharmacist at Kaiser Permanente Sacramento in the Oncology Department, inpatient pharmacist at Woodland Memorial Hospital, and currently on CPhA board.
