PDC Multicultural Health Fair
CSHP is going to be participating in the PDC Multicultural Health Fair on March 25th at Calvary Presbyterian Church in Stockton. We are going to need 4 volunteers for blood pressure screening and 2 to be educating people about antibiotic resistance(AWARE project). Sign-up by clicking on the google document link below and it will be open until Sunday at 8PM (there is only one sign-up for both BP and AWARE). Those selected will be notified via email by this coming Monday. Training will be provided. Please sign-up if you're interested!
