Requirements
1. Must be a graduating student of Thomas J. Long School of Pharmacy (TJLSOP).
2. Must be a member for the entire duration of their academic career at TJLSOP.
3. Must attend one major CSHP or ASHP meeting during the first, second or third year.
4. Must attend 1 General CSHP-Pacific Meeting per semester.**
5. Must participate in a total of 6 CSHP-Pacific events (excluding introductory meetings and events unless deemed appropriate by board members)***
** Members must sign in at the end of each event/meeting and provide proof of registration for either a CSHP or ASHP meeting.
***Attendance at 6 CSHP-Pacific events must be completed during the first two years. That means 3 events per year. If zero events are completed during the first year, student members are able to complete 6 events during their second year.
